The RICHTER HA-1X Onboard Headphone Amplifier was specially designed to meet the needs of electric bass
and guitar players.
It provides a precise sound mapping down to low frequency ranges and is extremely low in noise.
The heights are resolved in detail, the basses can be differentiated down to 10 Hz (!).
An external audio signal is added via AUX-IN to the instrument signal.
Now you can play your instrument along with your favourite songs or band recordings!
The audio performance was tested with a Beyerdynamics DT770, 80 Ω headphone.
An external audio signal from the AUX input is mixed with the instrument signal and leaded to the headphone output.
So you can play to your favorite song or song recordings.
The HA-1X is turned on by plugging the headphone into the 3,5mm output jack. T
urning on the HA-1X, a recent onboard electronic will be switched on too, provided by the switched ground (GND)
of the headphone amplifier. You will get the active sound from your instrument via headphone.
Attention: The basic amplification (stereo) should be trimmed only as low as necessary to avoid distortion.
Features:
- Low noise amplifier design with precise and smooth sound reproduction.
- High impedance input for direct amplification in passive instruments.
- 0,1% precision metal film resistors in the signal path with a resultant noise factor of up to 10 times
lower than standard thick film resistors.
- Low tolerance film capacitors in the signal path featuring lowest distortion and superior linearity.
- Cermet trimming potentiometer for gain adjust
- Screw input terminals with marking for signal-input (red) and GND (black)
- The switched ground terminal GND provides to switch on an recent onboard preamp or EQ.
- Completely shielded and encapsulated - no shielding inside the instrument required.
